What is EasiPik?

EasiPik is MaltaPost's self-service parcel locker network across Malta and Gozo. Choose EasiPik at checkout, then the seller hands the parcel to MaltaPost. Delivery to your chosen locker usually takes 24–48 hours after drop-off. MaltaPost sends a unique collection PIN when it is ready.

How it works for buyers

    Buy with EasiPik

    Choose EasiPik at checkout and select your preferred locker.

  2. 2

    The seller hands it in

    The seller prints the order documents, packs the item and hands the parcel to a MaltaPost outlet.

  3. 3

    Get your PIN

    Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours after drop-off. MaltaPost then sends your collection PIN and confirmed locker location.

  4. 4

    Collect by the stated deadline

    Use the PIN to collect at the location and by the deadline in your latest MaltaPost message. Check the location’s access hours before travelling.

How it works for sellers

    Get your delivery documents

    After payment, the order page shows how to get the MaltaPost label and manifest, including the status of any mailed materials you chose.

  2. 2

    Prepare and hand in

    Follow the order-page instructions for a print-at-home label or mailed materials. Attach the label, pack the parcel and hand the parcel and manifest in at a MaltaPost branch or sub-post office.

  3. 3

    Release follows collection

    A genuine MaltaPost collection scan starts the 48-hour Buyer Protection window. Funds are released after it ends unless an eligible dispute or another hold delays release.

What is EasiPik and who runs it?
EasiPik is MaltaPost's self-service parcel locker network across Malta and Gozo. MaltaPost manages delivery and sends the buyer's collection details. Thrifted.mt connects each eligible order to that service.
Can I use EasiPik for any item on Thrifted.mt?
EasiPik is available when the seller has enabled it and the recorded parcel size fits the supported locker limit of up to 60×40×40 cm. Checkout shows the available delivery methods for each order. If you are unsure whether the parcel’s size or weight is accepted, contact support before handing it in.
What if I miss the collection deadline?
Check the deadline and location in your latest MaltaPost collection message. If you miss the deadline or the parcel has moved, follow the updated instructions or contact support with the order reference.
Is my item safe inside a locker?
The locker is PIN-secured and MaltaPost manages the delivery. A genuine MaltaPost collection scan starts a 48-hour Buyer Protection window. Open an eligible dispute from the order page before that window ends if there is a problem.
What happens if a locker is full?
MaltaPost manages locker capacity. Follow its latest collection message or tracking update for the confirmed location. Contact MaltaPost or Thrifted.mt support if the parcel is delayed.
Can I change the locker after I have paid?
A locker cannot be changed directly on Thrifted.mt after payment. Contact support from the order page as soon as possible. A change may no longer be possible once MaltaPost processing has begun.
How do I get my PIN if I lose the message?
Check the latest MaltaPost SMS or email and your order tracking, where available. If you still cannot retrieve the PIN, contact MaltaPost with your tracking number or Thrifted.mt support through the order page.
How much does EasiPik cost?
Buyers pay €3.25 for EasiPik delivery. Sellers pay no standard delivery fee. An optional mailed label or polybag kit has the displayed seller-funded charge.
